RADIUM FSTR-RA FUEL SURGE TANK – INTEGRATED FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

External regulators mean extra fittings, extra hoses, and extra leak points. The Radium FSTR-RA Fuel Surge Tank removes that complexity entirely — a single-pump surge tank with the fuel pressure regulator machined directly into the top cap, simplifying your fuel system while solving starvation on poorly baffled tanks.

ONE COMPONENT, TWO PROBLEMS SOLVED

A surge tank buffers fuel supply to the engine, fed by your OEM lift pump and topped up by regulator return flow — critical on vehicles where hard cornering or braking can starve the fuel pump. The FSTR-RA takes it further: the regulator is built into the tank itself, recirculating fuel internally rather than sending it back through hot engine bay lines. That means simpler installation, less weight, fewer potential leak points, and genuinely cooler fuel at the rail.

TOOL-LESS PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT

Built on the proven RA-series regulator platform, pressure adjustment is handled entirely by hand — no jam nut, no set screw. Detented feedback delivers roughly 1psi (±0.5psi) per turn, and the 360° swiveling vacuum reference port (double O-ring sealed) points any direction without tools. Four interchangeable 10-32 vacuum fittings are included to suit barbed hose, 3AN, push-to-connect, or non-vacuum-referenced returnless applications.

SIMPLIFIED PLUMBING

Two interchangeable top ports handle fuel in (from the lift pump) and overflow (back to the main tank), both fitted with an internal flow deflector to prevent foam and aeration. The regulated output runs straight to the engine from the side port — no external regulator required. A fuel pressure gauge or sensor is still needed downstream to monitor and set pressure.
