Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Please speak to our expert staff about your return. Some goods returned for credit are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Seats are covered by a manufacturers defect warranty, and as such, any defective seat can be returned. Seats are inspected for manufacturing defects prior to being despatched. Seats that do not fit cannot be returned. All seats are provided with seat measurements, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct seat is purchased.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods being returned for credit must be received within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to one of our Racer Industries branches, currently located in Gold Coast (QLD) and Box Hill (VIC). Goods can be returned either instore or by freight. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise freight.

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is responsible for all freight charges unless otherwise agreed. Racer Industries holds no responsibility for lost/damaged goods in transit.

CREDIT for returns?
Refunds when approved, will be processed via the same way the original payment was made. Customers can also request a store credit instead of a refund. Some items are subject to a store credit only, please check with our expert staff.

Goods and Packaging?
Goods must be received in their original packaging and the goods and packaging must be in a clean and resalable condition. Goods will be inspected prior to being accepted as a return.
