The MPI DRG-BFLY-7.5 Butterfly Steering Wheel represents a new benchmark in drag racing cockpit design. Engineered with insights from NASCAR and IndyCar technology, this innovative steering wheel delivers exceptional driver protection, comfort, and control for Top Fuel, Funny Car, and Mini Dragster applications.

At the core of the design is a CNC-machined aluminium frame combined with a revolutionary injection-moulded polyurethane foam layer. This foam-injected grip is a first for butterfly steering wheels, absorbing vibration, reducing impact forces, and creating a protective cushion for the driver’s hands and fingers during extreme racing conditions.

Each wheel is meticulously hand-wrapped and stitched for premium craftsmanship. The ergonomic pistol grip features MPI’s RG high-grip material on the sides for maximum control under high G-forces, while the lower section is wrapped in microfiber for comfort and durability. The built-in tilt angle further enhances the steering position, helping reduce driver fatigue and improve reaction times.
